He has significant experience representing clients in federal and state courts as well as before the USPTO and Trademark Trial & Appeal Board. Zach is recognized for delivering efficient, cost-effective, and investment-worthy solutions tailored to each client’s needs.
Like many of his colleagues at Aspire Law, Zach was formerly in-house counsel, making him a more practical and business-savvy attorney. He also spent the early part of his career in Big Law.
A graduate of Emory University School of Law, Zach earned his Juris Doctor with honors and was a Robert W. Woodruff Fellow.
