Ready to become a master of delegation and reclaim your time?

Written by Alina Lee

Here’s the reality: You DON’T need to do it all yourself. High performers and leaders know that effective delegation isn’t a sign of weakness—it’s a superpower. If you want to level up, here’s how:

  • Plan for your priorities. Know what really matters, focus on your biggest impact areas.
  • Protect your time. Budget 1-2 hours each day for yourself—be it hobbies, rest, or recharging your creative energy.
  • Only keep what matters most. Do what you must and what you love—delegate the rest.
  • Use the 70% Rule. If someone can do a task at least 70% as well as you, it’s time to delegate! Let go of perfection and empower your team to shine.
  • Rest is non-negotiable. You aren’t a robot. Giving yourself space to reset isn’t selfish—it’s necessary for long-term success.

Remember: Delegation isn’t just about offloading. It’s about smartly distributing work to maximize impact—and safeguarding your energy to lead stronger.

What’s your biggest challenge with delegation?
